Register reward is a coupon that print after you make a purchase to use on your next purchase (kind like a store gift for next purchase)
Instant coupon are coupons that you can find in Walgreens weekly coupons and their monthly booklet (both things you can find by the store entrance)
Also, if you are going to use a manufactures coupon and an instant coupon ALWAYS give the manufactures coupon first and then the instant coupon. If you do it the other way around the computer is not going to accept it.
