Now a day going to the movies is a luxury, with ticket prices starting at $11 per adult and popcorn and soda the price of eating in a 3 stars restaurant. How can people afforded?!?! Well we found the way to do it at a great price. 1st thing; we got great deal through grupon. I was able to score 2 silver passes for AMC movies for $1 each! and "F" was able to get a sale for $4 each!
Silver passes are movie tickets but you can only use them after 2 weeks the movie is out. I hate crowded movies so I don’t mind the wait and for $2 who am I to complain!. One day while shopping for some soda at CVS I notice the coke had a coupon attach to it : buy any large popcorn in an AMC movie theater and get a large soda for free SCORE AGAIN lol. We made sure to grab two of those for our movie dates to come. We check which movies we really wanted to watch this summer in the theater and plan ahead. Last Sunday we went to our first coupon style movie date to watch Transformer (awesome movie BTW!) bought 2 bags of chocolate candy in the drug store ($3) and enjoy a perfect date for a grand total of $13! This included 2 adult tickets, large popcorn, large soda and candy. Regular retail price for all this $43.
